(I) Introduction

The ultra shielded magnet system is operating at 14.09 Tesla, 600 MHz for Proton. The system is not only for small molecular research but also for medium- sized proteins, ligand-protein, protein-protein complex research. The gradient accessory is used for 2D, 3D or nD experiments to reduce time of phase cycling and water suppression to suppress water signal to enhance dynamic range of the spectrometer.

The 600 MHz high resolution NMR system is equipped with four frequency channels covering all NMR nuclear frequencies, maximum RF pulse output power 50W for Proton and three 300W for hetero-nuclear. The system is equipped with three axis gradient system for gradient type experiment, eg. diffusion, gradient 2D, gradient 3D experiments. D-switch allow us to do 2H decoupling 3D type experiments.
