SS-NMR

 

(I) Introduction

The magnet is operating at 9.4 Tesla and magnet bore size is 89 mm. The spectrometer is for
solid state NMR experiments. The CP/MAS probes at different diameters allow us to spin
the sample at very high frequency at magic angle to eliminate broadening solid state spectrum.
With low temperature accessory, dynamic type experiment is also possible on this system.

With ultra low temperature wideline probe and it’s controller, Sample can be cooled down to minimum 4K.

The 400 MHz solid state NMR Spectrometer is equipped with two frequency channels covering
all NMR nuclear frequencies, maximum RF pulse output power 1 KW for Proton and Hetero-nuclear.

4) Ultra low temperature wideline probe, 63Cu / 29Si/79Ga, temperature range: 4-350K
Variable temperature system:
BVT3000 with 500W booster and low temperature accessory
ITC503 for ultra low temperature wideline probe
Computer system:
SGI O2 with XWINNMR
